All Luvly Doll companion dolls come with 12-month official factory warranty. Free repair service covers inner stainless steel skeleton breakage and original factory material defects. Damage caused by improper storage, wrong maintenance or artificial scratch is excluded from warranty coverage.

2. Return Rule

Custom handmade dolls cannot be returned or exchanged unless obvious factory production defect is verified with clear real photos provided by customers.

In-stock ready-made items support return application within 7 calendar days only when goods stay unused with complete original outer package intact; buyers need to afford round-trip shipping cost for returns.

3. Product Purpose Statement

All items sold on Luvly Doll are designed for adult personal art collection and hobby display only, buyers must be over 18 years old to complete purchase.
