What materials are LuvlyDoll products made from?: LuvlyDoll offers two material options: medical-grade platinum-cure silicone and phthalate-free TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Both materials are hypoallergenic, body-safe certified, and chosen for their lifelike feel and durability. Silicone provides superior heat resistance and longevity, while TPE offers a softer, more realistic skin texture. Each product page clearly states which material that model uses.
How are the dolls constructed internally?: Every LuvlyDoll features a stainless steel alloy articulated skeleton with 28+ movable joints. The skeleton allows natural posing—standing, sitting, lying—with smooth, controlled movement. Joint tension is factory-set to medium and can be adjusted. Each skeleton undergoes multi-point quality inspection before assembly.
What customization options are available?: Yes, LuvlyDoll offers customization including body height (within each model’s range), bust size (standard or large bust variants for select models), skin tone, eye color, hair style and color, makeup style, and nail color. What is the weight range of your products?: Our dolls range from approximately 11kg (100cm models) to 36kg (158cm-168cm models), depending on the model, height, and material. Specific weight information is listed on each product page under the Specifications section.
How long does a LuvlyDoll last with proper care?: With proper care and maintenance, a LuvlyDoll can last 5-10 years. Silicone models typically have longer lifespans than TPE. Following the care instructions—regular cleaning, proper storage, avoiding excessive joint stress—significantly extends the product life. The stainless steel skeleton is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?: Yes. LuvlyDoll ships worldwide with discreet packaging. Major destinations include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, Japan, and most Asia-Pacific regions. Is the packaging discreet?: Absolutely. Every order ships in a plain brown cardboard box with no branding, logos, or product descriptions visible on the exterior. The shipping label uses a generic return address. Internal custom foam padding protects your product. Your privacy is maintained from checkout to delivery.
What shipping carriers do you use?: We partner with FedEx, DHL, and UPS for international deliveries. The specific carrier is selected based on your location and the fastest available route. All shipments include tracking numbers.
How long does production take before shipping?: Standard production time is 7-10 business days. Custom orders may require 14-21 business days depending on complexity. You will receive email updates throughout the process, including when your order enters production and when it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?: Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If your product arrives with a defect or damage, contact us within 7 days at service@luvlydoll.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or repair. Is there a warranty?: Yes. Every LuvlyDoll includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects in the skeleton and material integrity. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, inadequate care, or normal wear and tear.
What if my doll arrives damaged?: Photograph the damage and packaging immediately. Contact service@luvlydoll.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee depending on whether production has started. Custom orders in production cannot be canceled.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my doll?: Clean after each use with warm water and mild antibacterial soap. For silicone models, a diluted isopropyl alcohol solution may also be used. Pat dry gently with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth—never rub or scrub. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners. Detailed care instructions are available on each product page.
How should I store my doll?: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The ideal position is lying flat on a soft surface with limbs in a neutral position. Avoid storing in positions that stress the joints. Use the included storage bag or a soft fabric cover to protect from dust and dark-colored fabrics that may stain TPE.
Can I use oil-based products on my doll?: For TPE dolls, use only water-based lubricants—oil-based products can damage the material. Silicone dolls are compatible with water-based lubricants. Never use silicone-based lubricants with silicone dolls as they can cause material bonding and damage.
How do I repair minor damage?: Minor surface scratches or tears in TPE can be repaired using a TPE repair kit. Silicone repairs require professional service. For significant damage, contact our support team for repair or replacement options.

Product Safety & Compliance

Are your materials body-safe?: Yes. Our medical-grade platinum-cure silicone and phthalate-free TPE are certified body-safe and hypoallergenic. Materials undergo independent laboratory testing and meet international safety standards for adult products.
How does the skeleton pose and move?: The stainless steel alloy skeleton features 28+ articulated joints allowing head rotation, shoulder abduction, elbow flexion, wrist rotation, spine articulation, hip movement, knee bending, and ankle pivot. Joints are designed to hold poses firmly while remaining adjustable. Standing poses are possible for most models with proper balance.
Are replacement parts available?: Contact service@luvlydoll.com to inquire about replacement wigs, eyes, or other accessories. Structural components are not sold separately due to the integrated manufacturing process.
